| RETURN/REFUND POLICY |
Our 30-day return policy gives the customer adequate time to assure satisfaction with their purchase. If, for any reason, a return or refund is requested, the following procedure is required: |

Call 1-800-359-9986 to receive the return address and authorization code. |
| 2. |
Package the merchandise with the original receipt, any certificate(s) if returning a loose diamond(s), together in a commercial cardboard postal container. |
| 3. |
The return package must be shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE REGISTERED MAIL and, must be insured for the full value of the item(s). |

Once the returned package has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued by means of the original payment, except for wire transfers. In the case of wire transfer, a company refund check will be issued.
Please be advised that this does not apply to custom designed jewelry, or special orders not on the website.
Any items showing signs of wear, alterations or damage will not be accepted as a return.

Free shipping For orders totaling $10,000 or more, your package will be sent UPS NEXT DAY AIR free of charge. For orders under $10,000, your package will be sent via UPS GROUND free of charge. Your order will be placed in a complimentary gift box and mailed in an appropriate shipping container and insured for the total value of the purchase. |
